Heather Christenberry
Office Manager

Heather is a Fyffe native and a graduate of Kensal High School in Kensal, North Dakota. After graduating in 2006, she returned to Fyffe and married her husband, Monte, in 2011. Together, they have two sons, Mason and Maddox. Heather loves spending her evenings and weekends cheering on her boys at their sporting events and enjoys traveling with her family whenever she gets the chance.

Spanning over nineteen years Heather has accrued a wide range of healthcare experience. This made her a perfect fit for our Office Manager position in 2021. Heather is a master at keeping our office running smoothly all while making us laugh and ensuring we enjoy our work life.

Erica Shell
Insurance and Financial Coordinator

Erica was raised in Geraldine, Alabama and graduated from Geraldine High School in 2008. She has been married to her husband, Blake, since the fall of 2015. They now have two beautiful daughters Rylenn and Avery. When Erica is not tending to our patient’s insurance needs she and her family enjoy spending time together at the lake and visiting the beach.

Erica joined our staff in 2018 as our Insurance Coordinator, a position in which she is able to utilize her ten years of office administration experience to help both our patients and staff better understand their insurance benefits. Our office benefits greatly from Erica’s knowledge of various insurance policies and terms.

Kelly Creecy
Scheduling Coordinator

Kelly is the first smiling face you will see as you walk into our office. She grew up in Sylvania, Alabama where she graduated high school in 2006. Soon after she obtained a degree in Office Administration from Northeast Alabama Community College. She and her husband Charley have beautiful twin daughters, Autumn and Paisley.

We welcomed Kelly to our team in 2021 as our Scheduling Coordinator where she happily answers many phone calls, manages the check-in process, and makes referrals to specialty offices all while balancing our schedule.

When Kelly is not kindly greeting our patients she looks forward to diving into a good novel.

Taylor Holcomb
Scheduling Coordinator

Taylor is from Sylvania, Alabama, where she graduated in 2018. She has been married to her husband, Preston, since 2021. They are on staff at their church, Fairview Church of God, where they are over the student ministry and social media. She enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her two dogs.

Taylor joined our team in 2024, and has had 8 years of front office experience. As a dedicated and detail-oriented person, she has a patient-first attitude that helps create a welcoming and efficient environment for the office.

Victoria Jones
Registered Dental Hygienist

Victoria is a Rainsville native who graduated from Plainview High School in 2012. She then went on to pursue a degree in dental hygiene at Wallace State from which she graduated in 2016. Since graduating Victoria has gained experience in general, pediatric, and special needs dentistry. She greatly enjoys being able to serve her community in these areas alongside Dr. Carter and her wonderful staff.

Victoria still resides in the Rainsville area with her husband, Ethan, and their children, Patton and Eleanor. Apart from serving at their church Victoria and Ethan enjoy cooking, gardening, and spending time as a family.

Shyann Hamilton
Registered Dental Hygienist

Shyann was born and raised in Crossville, Alabama where she attended high school and graduated in 2017. Upon graduation she decided to pursue a career in dental hygiene and soon began the journey to achieve her Registered Dental Hygiene degree from Wallace State Community College. Shyann completed this program and passed both her written and clinical boards in 2020.

Shyann married her husband Brody in 2021. They currently reside in Aroney, Alabama with their golden retriever Cooper. While Shyann is not using her extensive skills in dental hygiene she enjoys traveling around the country to new places. While traveling she has hiked through several national parks. She also enjoys reading, kayaking, and going to concerts in her free time.

Morelia Millan
Registered Dental Hygienist and Dental Assistant

Morelia was born in Torrance, California and was raised locally in Fort Payne, Alabama. She is a graduate of the Fort Payne High School class of 2014. Soon after graduation Morelia chose a career path in healthcare and began general studies at Northeast Alabama Community College where she decided to pursue dentistry and transferred to Wallace State Community College. She completed her Associate’s degree of Applied Science in Dental Assisting in 2017 and joined our team soon after. Morelia worked closely with our hygienists here while in the Alabama Dental Hygiene Program which she finished in the summer of 2021. Morelia is now skilled in many aspects of dentistry and uses those skills to aid our Spanish-speaking patients better understand their treatment plans and home care instructions.

Morelia still resides in Fort Payne with her fiance, Mario, and children, Liliana and Luka. She enjoys traveling both internationally and stateside when she is away from the office. She also spends time watching her brothers play sports on their local teams. Family is very important to Morelia and we are fortunate to have her as a part of our work family.

Morgan Phillips
Dental Assistant

Morgan is a native of Sand Rock, Alabama. She graduated within the top ten highest academic students from Fyffe High School in 2020. Kelsey was a wonderful addition to our clinical staff in January 2022 where she caught on quickly to the procedures used to sterilize dental equipment and instruments. Long term Kelsey would like to learn how to confidently assist Dr. Emily with dental procedures and eventually earn a degree in Dental Hygiene.

A top priority for Kelsey is her family with whom she enjoys spending time with on the lake in the summertime. Her other free time is occupied with various activities including ax throwing, painting, and shopping for great deals.
